I am walking 150km to show support in any areas I can to these kids facing hardship nobody should have to face. Though I cannot do much from where I am, anything I can do to show my love I will do to the best ability I possibly can.

I'm walking 75km because I have come out the other side of lymphoma and HLH, and i know that kids can do anything with the right love and support. It matters!

I am walking 50km for my daughter, who is currently in treatment. My daughter was diagnosed last year with a Ewing Sarcoma at the age of 14. We have met and made many friends, that much like us, are just wanting to get through this. Redkite has been and amazing charity that has helped so many families, in so many ways. So, thank you to everyone that wants to make a difference. Your generosity and support is truly appreciated.

I’m joining this walk to stand in support of children fighting cancer. Even though no one close to me has been affected, I feel deeply for the families who are going through it. As a parent, it hits differently thinking about kids having to fight such a hard battle. I want to be apart of something that brings hope, awareness and support to them.

I am challenging myself to walk 100 km to support children with cancer. My son fought 10 years ago and is currently fighting cancer again.

This month I am pledging to walk 100kms to support the kids and families who are going through the unimaginable. I walk in honour of our late baby, Dulin Yansitha Lakdiv who remains our guiding North Star 🌟

This month, I’m walking 100 km to support families facing difficult times. My goal is to raise awareness and provide a small contribution toward relieving their burden. Every step counts, and I’d love all your support in making a difference.

I'm walking 100km for every dad that has a child with cancer. To be absolutely broken, yet the one your family looks to for strength requires a fortitude I am unsure that I could maintain. Dad's you are not alone, I am with you in spirit, and will spend this month walking for you.

I’m running 150km , because I want to be able to help support families and children who are facing Cancer. I have a son who is 3 and I want to teach him in life it’s better to help and support and try and make a difference. Helping others is what life is all about ❤️

My friend Lola passed away at from brain cancer. She was like a little sister to me, and I miss her so much. I’m doing this so families like hers don’t have to suffer alone.

I am truly grateful to be able to give back. I want to personally thank Redkite for reaching out and supporting us during one of the toughest times in our lives. It means so much to now be in a position to give back, not only for my daughter, but for all the children and families facing childhood cancer.

Every month in Australia, 90 children are diagnosed with cancer. For those families, life changes quickly and brings real challenges. This May, I’m taking part in the Heartbreak to Hope Walk to stand alongside children and families that are facing cancer. Every child deserves a life filled with joy, safety, and possibility. However, for many children that is interrupted by hospital visits, treatments, and uncertainty no child should have to endure. Through my family’s experience with cancer, I’ve seen how important compassion, support, and community truly are during difficult times. This walk is about contributing in a meaningful way. By helping ensure that children and their families receive not only medical care, but also the emotional support, comfort, and encouragement they need. By participating, I hope to be part of a wider movement that brings hope where there is heartbreak. It’s about reminding every child and family facing cancer that they are seen, they are supported, and they are never alone. Together, we can make a difference by showing up, giving back, and surrounding them with the extra love and strength they deserve. ❤️‍🩹 Thank you 🫶
